NOTICE OF BOND RELEASE

In accordance with KRS 350.093, notice is hereby
given that Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc., P.O.
Box 157, Bardstown, Kentucky 40004 has applied
for a Phase II and Phase III Bond Release on
increment no. 1 and a Phase III Bond Release on
increment no. 2 of permit no. 867-0469 which
was last issued February 2, 2013. Increment no.
1 covers an area of approximately 29.18 acres
of surface area. Increment no. 2 covers an area
of approximately 178.91 acres of surface area
and underlies an additional 370.50 acres of
auger area.

The permit area is located approximately 0.31
miles southeast from U.S. 119’s junction with
Lewis Creek Road, 0.10 miles southeast of Coal
Branch and 0.25 miles southeast of the nearest
community of Partridge in Letcher County.

The bond now in effect for increment no. 1 is a
surety bond in the amount of $29,200.00 of which
100% of the original amount of $29,200.00 is to be
included in this application for release. The bond
now in effect for increment no. 2 is a surety bond
in the amount of $66,500.00 of which 100% of the
original amount of $577,900.00 is to be included
in this application for release.

Reclamation work performed included: All mining
area was backfilled and graded with all highwalls
eliminated and the area was seeded, this work
was completed in spring of 2010.

public hearing or informal conference must be
filed with the Director, Division of Field Services,
300 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 by
Friday August 3, 2018.

A public hearing on the application has been
scheduled for Monday August 6, 2018 at 9:00
a.m., at the Department for Natural Resources,

The permit is approximately 0.06 mile northeast
of the junction of KY route 7 and KY Route 1410
located 0.05 miles east of Buck Creek. The latitude
is 37o 13’ 37”. The longitude is 82o 50’ 23”.

The bond now in effect for Increment No. 2 of
Permit Number 867-0493 is a Surety Bond in
the amount of sixty-seven thousand one hundred dollars ($67,100.00). The remaining bond
amount of sixty-seven thousand one hundred
dollars ($67,100.00) is included in the application
for release.

2 includes: backfilling, final grading and seeding
completed in the December 2013.

scheduled for July16, 2018 at 10:00 am at the
Department for Natural Resource’s Pikeville Regional Office located at 121 Mays Branch Road,
Pikeville, Kentucky 41501. The hearing will be
canceled if no request for a hearing or informal
conference is received by July 13, 2018.

This is the final advertisement of the application.
All comments, objections, or requests for a permit
conference must be received within thirty (30)
days of today’s date.

NOTICE OF BOND RELEASE

In accordance with KRS 350.093, notice is
hereby given that Nally & Hamilton Enterprises,
Inc. P.O. Box 157, Bardstown, Kentucky 40004
has applied for a Phase III Bond Release on
Increment No.’s 1, 2 and 3 of Permit no. 867-
0415 which was last issued June 27, 2013.
Increment No. 1 covers an area of approximately
253.11 acres of surface area and underlies an
additional 204.89 acres of auger area. Increment 2 covers an area of approximately 205.53
acres of surface area and underlies an additional
258.05 acres of auger area. Increment 3 covers an area of approximately 178.62 acres of
surface area and underlies an additional 215.67
acres of auger area. The permit area is located
approximately 1.0 miles east of Partridge in
Letcher County.

The permit area is approximately 0.75 miles
southeast of the junction of Colliers Creek
road’s junction with U.S. 119 and located in the
headwaters of Colliers Creek.

The bond now in effect for Increment No. 1 is
a surety bond in the amount of $160,600.00
of which 100% of the original amount of
$1,047,200.00 is to be included in this application for release. The bond now in effect
for Increment 2 is a surety bond in the amount
of $134,400.00 of which 100% of the original
amount of $766,100.00 is to be included in this
application for release. The bond now in effect
for Increment 3 is a surety bond in the amount
of $113,400.00 of which 100% of the original
amount of $698,900.00 is to be included in this
application for release.

Reclamation work performed included: All
mining area was backfilled and graded with all
highwalls eliminated and the area was seeded,
this work was completed in the spring of 2008.

TO MINE

Pursuant to Application Number 867-0545,
Transfer

In accordance with the provisions of 405 KAR
8:010, notice is hereby given that Revelation
Energy, LLC, 13993 KY HWY 550 E., Lackey,
KY 41643, intends to transfer permit number
867-0523 to Blackjewel L.L.C., 1051 Main Street,
Milton, WV 25541. The new permit number will be
867-0545. The operation disturbs approximately
1,115.51 acres.

The operation is located 1.7 miles southwest
of Eolia in Letcher County. The operation is approximately 1.7 miles south from KY 806’s junction
with U.S. 119 and located in Franks Creek. The
operation is located on the Whitesburg U.S.G.S.
7 ½ minute quadrangle map.

The surface area is owned by ACIN, LLC, Penn
Virginia Operating Co., LLC, Jesse S. Collins
