Bread is soul satisfying

The purest ingredients are what we are using in our bread. Filtered water free from chlorine, unbleached regional stone ground flour, sea salt free from additives, sourdough starter from the yeasts found naturally in these mountains. It tastes so good! It is soul satisfying!

We admit it’s a different taste and texture than local folks are used to. Once you eat it you will find yourself having a hard time returning to the bread we have been eating for decades. We have been eating bread that is devoid of nutritional value and substance.

Brandon said, “We have always focused on what we would put with the bread we planned to eat (i.e. cheese, meat, etc.). We never had bread we could focus on.” A grilled cheese made with good wholesome bread is a delightful new experience. Just try it!

Weekly Quote: Paul Revere earned his living as a silversmith. But what do we remember him for? His volunteer work. All activism is volunteering in that it’s done above and beyond earning a living and deals with what people really care passionately about. Remember, no one gets paid to rebel. All revolutions start with volunteers. Susan J. Ellis
